Learning Experience Innovator

The Learning Experience Designer will play a key role in developing and executing the Learning and Development Strategy to create engaging technical learning experiences that drive business outcomes.
This position will be based in our Brisbane head office, located in the CBD. As a member of the P&C team, you will collaborate with the Learning and Development team to design, develop, and continuously improve learning initiatives for Great Southern Bank.

Your Impact and ContributionYou will work closely with Business Partners to deliver learning experiences that support the ongoing development of organisation skills and capability. Additionally, this role will support the Senior Learning Experience Designer in delivering learning design and development work for strategic initiatives across the enterprise, collaborating with key stakeholders to develop contemporary learning programs.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop interactive and engaging learning programs that support skill development and capability uplift across the organisation.
- Champion contemporary learning and instructional practices.
- Utilise technology to enhance learning experience and support a digitally enabled learning approach.
- Demonstrate measurable impact of the learning interventions delivered.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- 3+ years' experience in an instructional design role, designing and developing digital, on-job, and face-to-face learning interventions.
- 3+ years' experience using eLearning tools such as Articulate Storyline or Captivate to create engaging and interactive digital content.
- 3+ years' experience using video editing tools such as TechSmith Camtasia or Adobe Premiere Pro to plan, script, and produce instructional videos and multimedia content.
- Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator would be highly desirable.
- Basic HTML and JavaScript knowledge would be beneficial but is not essential.
- Experience in UI/X design practices (Human Centred Design methodology, Miro for Collaboration etc.).
- Experience in project teams managing multiple tasks through to completion and managing progress reporting.
- Experience administering and deploying learning content in Learning Management Systems (LMS) either traditional or social platforms.
We offer a competitive salary range of AU$90,000 - AU$110,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
