About the Role
At Bank of Queensland, we're seeking an Instructional Designer to drive strategic learning solutions that transform our workforce. As our ideal candidate, you'll collaborate with key stakeholders to uncover business challenges and design impactful learning experiences that foster growth and compliance.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Consult with stakeholders to understand business needs and desired learning outcomes
- Design and develop comprehensive learning curriculums, courses, and support tools that drive employee adoption and success
- Craft engaging learning experiences that bring our transformation journey to life, from system walkthroughs to practical on-the-job support
- Ensure our learning programs are launched and lived, with quality and compliance at the forefront
About You
We're looking for someone who embodies the essence of effective learning solutions. You'll bring a solid understanding of training needs analysis and the ability to pinpoint the exact moment learning is most impactful. Your diverse skill set will encompass the design and creation of varied learning experiences, from e-learning modules to interactive simulations and engaging video content. Proficiency in tools like Articulate 360, Microsoft Office, and digital video editing is a plus, as is a sound understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud and web development languages.
