About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Experience Architect to join our team in Bank of Queensland, responsible for creating and delivering learning experiences that align with the Retail Capability Framework.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement onboarding programs, upskill initiatives, performance support tools, and role transition programs.
  • Lead a small team of capability specialists, guiding and mentoring them to ensure effective implementation of learning experiences.
  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and other learning activities to ensure effective knowledge transfer and skill development.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts across the bank to address small to medium change requests, determining the most appropriate learning interventions.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have strong information and communication design skills that facilitate effective knowledge transfer and understanding. Your experience in learning and development will enable you to create impactful training programs and resources.

You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrate systems thinking capabilities, and have intermediate instructional design skills, including video production, e-learning, assessment creation, and classroom facilitation.
