We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at Guild Group. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our valued clients, providing exceptional customer service, and identifying opportunities to grow our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Provide industry and insurance insight to clients to help them manage their risks.
  • Identify opportunities to grow our business through new sales and retention efforts.
  • Work closely with our Customer Care team to progress business processes and improve customer outcomes.
  • Meet with clients to prepare for renewals and understand how their needs have changed.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar Account Management/Sales or BDM role within the Commercial Insurance industry.
  • Confidence in knowledge of underwriting guidelines for Commercial Insurance.
  • Proven ability to develop client relationships and achieve sales and retention targets.
  • Effective networking, negotiating, and communicating skills.
  • Tier 2 RG146 qualification and a Cert IV in General Insurance (desirable).
