Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Provide industry and insurance insight to clients to help them manage their risks.
- Identify opportunities to grow our business through new sales and retention efforts.
- Work closely with our Customer Care team to progress business processes and improve customer outcomes.
- Meet with clients to prepare for renewals and understand how their needs have changed.
- Previous experience in a similar Account Management/Sales or BDM role within the Commercial Insurance industry.
- Confidence in knowledge of underwriting guidelines for Commercial Insurance.
- Proven ability to develop client relationships and achieve sales and retention targets.
- Effective networking, negotiating, and communicating skills.
- Tier 2 RG146 qualification and a Cert IV in General Insurance (desirable).
