Key responsibilities include identifying new opportunities, winning and securing profitable customers, and increasing tonnage against monthly targets.

The successful applicant will also be responsible for submitting timely and accurate reports on product categories, margin, volume, and competitor activity.

Additionally, they will establish and maintain customer information databases, develop trade alliances, and conduct safety-training sessions as required.

Liaising with branch and transport functions to ensure desirable service levels is crucial, as is coordinating with Customer Service Staff to achieve goals and targets.

Lastly, the Business Growth Strategist will be responsible for maintaining brand consistency and maximizing exposure through promotional activities.
