About Us

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director or Director to join our Construction, Projects and Assets (CP&A) practice.

Role Overview
  • Advise clients on contractual, technical and commercial issues related to complex construction and engineering projects.
  • Help resolve commercial disputes by establishing a clear, commercial strategy and promoting early resolution.
  • Assist clients with litigation and arbitration matters, providing support across the entire dispute life cycle.
  • Provide quantum and/or delay expert reports for adjudication, litigation and/or arbitration.
  • Support senior members of the team involved in contract claims and negotiation.
  • Review construction/engineering contracts and advise on relevant terms and conditions.
  • Perform quantity surveying duties, including cost management and contract administration.
Requirements

We are looking for individuals with between 5-7 years of experience as an Associate Director or 7-10 years+ as a Director in claims, commercial, contract administration, cost engineering, quantity surveying and/or disputes advisory roles.

  • A bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
  • Experience in the preparation of quantum expert reports and commercial contract claims.
  • Strong understanding of forensic delay analysis techniques and site-based construction/engineering experience.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • Ability to work on multiple client matters at one time with limited supervision.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
