Job Description
  • Sales Pipeline Growth: Plan, implement, and measure demand generation marketing programs to grow sales pipeline and revenue for Field Sales organization.
  • Strategic Planning: Meet with sales leaders to create and manage strategic marketing plans in support of sales pipeline and revenue objectives.
  • Pipeline Review: Participate in regular pipeline and forecast review meetings.
Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing tactical marketing programs in conjunction with sales, channels, product marketing, Oracle direct (inside sales), and external influencers such as user groups and industry trade associations. Additionally, they will provide onsite execution support for marketing programs and events, track lead flow, and ensure timely follow-up with event attendees and campaign responders.

Tactical Execution:

Develop and manage program budget, measures ROI through metrics analysis and reporting, and create and manage program budget. The ideal candidate will have excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work optimally across various functions to drive impactful marketing strategies.

Compensation Package:

The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
