Job Description:

This role entails leading a dynamic team of procurement professionals in a fast-paced environment.

  • Establish and maintain a culture that fosters accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the procurement department.

  • Develop and manage supplier relationships to optimize cost savings and efficiency through effective contract management for local and international vendors.

  • Negotiate terms and pricing with suppliers to achieve optimal results and drive business value.

  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry into SAP and CRM systems to maintain data integrity.

  • Prepare and present regular procurement reports to senior management to inform strategic decisions.

  • Guarantee compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and relevant legislation to mitigate risk.

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.


Requirements:
  • 4-5 years of experience working in a similar procurement role with expertise in managing 2-3 people.
  • Proven experience using SAP.
  • A bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field is highly desirable but not mandatory.
