We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Procurement Leader to spearhead the development and implementation of category strategies that drive business growth and efficiency.

A dynamic individual with a proven track record in procurement and supplier management will be responsible for collaborating with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and contractors to deliver impactful solutions and optimize business performance.

The successful candidate will develop and implement category strategies aligned with business requirements, conduct market analysis and sourcing to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements, and manage supplier relationships to ensure contract compliance and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic category plans to meet business objectives
  • Analyze market trends and sourcing opportunities to drive cost savings and process improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on category strategies and sourcing activities
  • Manage supplier relationships to ensure contract compliance and service delivery
  • Drive business growth and profitability through effective procurement practices

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related field
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent negotiation skills and ability to manage complex change projects
  • High proficiency in Microsoft 365, Excel, and ERP systems
