About the Role:
  • Manage end-to-end procurement projects, from planning to contract evaluation, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and policies.
  • Develop procurement strategies that meet organisational goals, leveraging market insights and best practices.
  • Prepare and evaluate tender documentation, negotiating optimal contract terms with suppliers.
  • Provide expert advice on procurement policies and best practices to internal stakeholders, fostering a culture of transparency and accountability.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders, driving collaboration and mutual benefit.
  • Contribute to process improvements, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of procurement operations.
About You:

To succeed, you will possess:

  • Experience managing complex procurement, preferably in government or large organisations, with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Knowledge of government procurement policies, or the ability to quickly learn and adapt.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective procurement strategies, leveraging your expertise to drive business value.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships and achieving mutually beneficial outcomes.
