Strategic Procurement Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Procurement Lead to develop and implement effective procurement strategies across various spend portfolios.

This pivotal role will focus on managing supplier relationships, analysing spending patterns, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

  • Manage and mentor a small team of procurement professionals.

  • Provide expert advice on procurement policies and best practices.
  • Analyse spending patterns and market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Manage strategic supplier relationships, including contract negotiations and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive procurement initiatives.
  • Work closely with legal and finance teams to review and approve contracts.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for procurement activities.
