  • Manage a portfolio of claims across your team of case managers and oversee the workflow of claims transition into RIS through to closure.
  • E nsure case managers are resourced to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Manage team workflow to ensure that the team meet performance and customer benchmarks while providing feedback and coaching quality and outputs.
  • Foster an environment of sharing knowledge and ideas to ensure continuous improvement within the team.
  • Ensure the team achieves performance and KPI targets as set out under the BU performance framework and icare Operational Measures.

About You

  • You will have demonstrated leadership qualities with direct end-to-end claims management experience within workers compensation.
  • You will have a strong track record and success rate within your current position achieving business objectives.
  • You will have team building skills, ability to coach and work through change management.
  • You will be able to develop and maintain respectful, cooperative working team relationships to promote an integrated, seamless delivery of the target customer experience and service.
  • You will have a large focus on customer service with an empathetic result-driven approach.
  • Confident ability to engage and influence others positively within your team and build team relationships.
  • Relocation assistance may be available for the right individual.
