This role involves ensuring the organization's compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining high-quality training and assessment services.
We are seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to join our team in Wangaratta, Australia.
- Develop and refine policies, procedures, and continuous improvement strategies to drive excellence in compliance management.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Training and Assessment Strategies (TAS) and staff competency matrices.
- Manage student records accurately, ensuring compliance throughout the process.
- Provide engaging training and support to colleagues on compliance matters.
- Serve as a key point of contact for auditors, regulators, and stakeholders, fostering trust and credibility.
- Oversee validation and moderation processes to ensure exceptional outcomes.
- In-depth understanding of Standards for RTOs and national regulatory frameworks.
- Experience with student management systems and reporting platforms.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (Minimum).
- Relevant qualifications in Compliance or Auditing (desired).
