Job Title: Workplace Safety Professional
About the RoleWe are seeking individuals who share our passion for creating a safe and healthy work environment to join our team.
As a WorkSafe Inspector, you will undergo comprehensive training and have the opportunity to apply your industry knowledge and safety experience to make a real difference in workplaces across various sectors.
You will assess compliance with legislative requirements and take necessary actions, ranging from providing guidance and information to enforcing measures.
About You- A systems-thinking approach through experience and/or application
- Highly developed critical thinking, influencing, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- The ability to efficiently assess and investigate situations to make timely decisions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including reading, interpreting, and applying legislation or technical standards in a regulatory capacity
- Proficiency in computer systems and technology
- Demonstrable experience in OHS or relevant industries is desirable
