Administrative Support Specialist, Wealth Management

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Perpetual. As a key member of our Wealth Management business, you will provide high-level administrative support to our senior leaders, ensuring the smooth operation of our teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including diary management, email management, and coordination of travel arrangements.
- Assist with the preparation of agendas, pre-reading papers, and action items for team meetings.
- Manage the workload of our senior leaders, ensuring they are well-prepared for meetings and deadlines.
- Coordinate the completion of business reports and ensure the operating rhythm is met.
- Oversee expense management, including processing credit card expenses and manual invoices.
- Maintain staff lists, email distribution groups, and mail listings.
Requirements
- Secretarial/administrative qualifications and experience in Microsoft Office products.
- 5+ years of demonstrated work experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced environment.
- At least 3 years supporting at Managing Partner or Managing Director level.
- Financial services industry or professional services experience desirable.
