Bone Digital is a boutique digital services provider based in Melbourne, Australia.

We're seeking an experienced Digital Producer to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality digital projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

Key Accountabilities

  • Vision and Planning: Develop clear, actionable plans that align with client goals and broader business objectives.
  • Product-Centric Approach: Focus on delivering value that enhances user experience and meets client expectations while aligning with long-term strategic goals.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential roadblocks, mitigate risks, and adapt plans as needed to ensure projects stay on track and maintain quality standards.
  • Clear Communication: Communicate confidently and clearly, translating complex project details into understandable insights for all stakeholders.
  • Trust and Partnership: Build strong, trusting relationships with clients, creative partners, and internal teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years' experience in digital production, product management or project management.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple project scopes, timelines, and budgets effectively.

Salary: AU$80,000 - AU$100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
