The Role

We're seeking an exceptional Head of Product Operations & Enablement to orchestrate the adoption and optimization of our DXP. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in driving customer success stories and revolutionizing how businesses leverage our platform for digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Problem Identification: Identify key stakeholder needs and guide data analysis to inform product growth opportunities.
  • Hypothesis Development: Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities and develop hypotheses for product growth.
  • Execution and Project Management: Plan and deliver project plans by managing people, resources, budget, and timelines to support the organization's goals.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A strong ability to work with others, being open and clear in communication and listening to achieve goals.
  • An analytical mindset, capable of comparing and ranking tasks to identify the best order of actions.
  • Numerical problem-solving skills, working with mathematical calculations to solve problems.
What We Offer

This full-time role offers a competitive salary, estimated to be around $120,000 - $150,000 AUD per annum, depending on experience, as well as the opportunity to drive meaningful impact at scale within our company.
