Centacare is seeking an experienced and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at St Luke's Long Day Care & Kindergarten in Capalaba. This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and families.

About the Role

We are looking for someone who shares our commitment to delivering high-quality education and care that promotes social, personal, respectful, spiritual, creative, and confident growth in young children. As an Early Childhood Educator with us, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Create engaging and interactive learning experiences that foster a love of learning in children
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive environment
  • Contribute to the development of our kindergarten program, aligning with Catholic Early EdCare's educational philosophy
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate III or Diploma in Children Services (or working towards) or equivalent as per ACECQA guidelines
  • A current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
  • Knowledge and understanding of childcare industry practices, including legislative requirements and quality frameworks
  • A passion for working with children aged 6 months to kindergarten age in a play-based learning environment
