Early Childhood Educator Opportunity in Windsor

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team at our Neighbourhood Childcare Centre in Windsor.
Job OverviewThis is a casual position that offers the flexibility to work on a part-time basis, allowing you to achieve a better work-life balance. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, secure, and nurturing environment for children aged 6 months to kindergarten age.
About the RoleYour key responsibilities will include:
- Working with children to create engaging recreational and educational experiences that promote their well-being and development.
- Providing a welcoming and inclusive environment that supports the diverse needs of children and families.
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure the best possible outcomes for children and families.
- Promoting the service within the local community in accordance with our educational philosophy and expectations.
- Participating in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- A Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA equivalent, or be studying or willing to enrol in study.
- A current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
- Knowledge and understanding of childcare industry practices, including legislative requirements and quality frameworks.
- A passion for working with young children in a play-based learning environment.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, families, and the wider community.
We offer a competitive base hourly rate depending on qualifications and experience, plus uniform allowances. You will also have the opportunity to maximise your hours across multiple service locations, participate in professional development, and enjoy a supportive management team.
