About the RoleYour key responsibilities will include:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- A Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA equivalent, or be studying or willing to enrol in study.
- A current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
- Knowledge and understanding of childcare industry practices, including legislative requirements and quality frameworks.
- A passion for working with young children in a play-based learning environment.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, families, and the wider community.

You will also have the opportunity to maximise your hours across multiple service locations, participate in professional development, and enjoy a supportive management team.
