Are you passionate about shaping young minds and creating a nurturing environment for children to grow? Goodstart Early Learning is seeking a dedicated and experienced Early Childhood Education Specialist to join our team at our Brisbane Adelaide Street centre.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and compassionate Educator to lead our team in providing high-quality early childhood education and care. As an Early Childhood Education Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing engaging learning programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement curriculum plans that promote children's physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development.
  • Lead a team of Educators in delivering exceptional care and education services to children.
  • Collaborate with Senior Educators and the Educational Leader to enhance the quality of our programs.
  • Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment that supports the well-being of all children.

What You Need:

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • Current QLD Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
