We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Culturally Responsive Program Manager. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to make a meaningful contribution to our organization.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting schools to develop integrated teaching and learning programs that connect the Western Australian Science Curriculum to Aboriginal knowledges.
Key Responsibilities:- Developing culturally responsive learning programs in collaboration with local Aboriginal communities
- BUILDING strong relationships with parents, carers and community members
- Providing training and support to educators on culturally responsive pedagogies
- Degree in Education or related field
- Proven experience in program development and implementation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
