We are seeking a dedicated Family Support Specialist to join our Early Childhood Intervention team.

Your key responsibilities will include:

">Building relationships with families and service providers to ensure seamless care coordination.">Supporting families in accessing early childhood support services, including appointment reminders and health education.">Collaborating with our marketing team to develop culturally appropriate resources.">Coordinating care for children and families, ensuring a smooth experience with our services and community partners.">Delivering individual and group-based programs developed by our Early Childhood Intervention team.">Collecting and recording data, maintaining accurate participant records.">Participating in community outreach and health promotion activities focused on early childhood intervention.">">

About You

We are looking for a motivated and culturally sensitive professional who has:

  • ">">
">A Certificate III in Individual Support or the willingness to obtain it.">Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with Aboriginal families and communities.">Experience in community-based programs and working collaboratively in a team environment.">">
