About this Role

We are seeking a Contracts Administrator to join our Melbourne office to assist in the management of contracts for the Enterprise Network Modernisation Program (ENMP).



Key Responsibilities

  • Aid the Commercial Team in the preparation and execution of RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, Non-Disclosure Agreements, subcontract modifications, and information transferred to suppliers via the secure website.
  • Process invoices for Commercial and Government subcontracts and resolve associated problems with receipts and/or invoicing.
  • Ensure files are maintained in compliance with L3Harris Policies and government requirements, including creation, management, and archiving of contract and subcontract files/required documentation.
  • Administer high volumes of change, following the contractual change process and other change mechanisms to ensure timely responses, working closely with teammates to meet deadlines, and assisting in the flow-downs between the head contract and subcontracts.
  • Collaborate with the broader Commercial Team to ensure contractual compliance and governance requirements are adhered to.
  • Contribute to the wider program team in achieving outcomes and ensuring all commitments are met.
  • Assist with the management of all contractual processes and reporting, both internal and external, while maintaining pertinent records.
  • Support internal and external audits.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
  • Total years 0-3 related experience in Supply Chain, Subcontracts, Contracts, Procurement, Program Management, Engineering, Quality, Regulatory Compliance, Legal, and Government compliance, and/or Finance.
  • Minimum 1 year experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or equivalent relevant commercial experience.

  • Possess excellent communication skills, quality commitment, customer focus, strong interpersonal skills, and be adaptable.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management and program teams.
  • Exposure or experience with Federal Contracts, specifically Federal Aviation Administration.
  • Experience with PeopleSoft.
