Estate Property Manager

We are seeking seasoned Estate Property Managers to lead our Defence division at a major contract. As part of this role, you will oversee the upkeep and maintenance of estates across various locations in South Australia.
About the RoleThis is a permanent full-time position that requires strong leadership skills. You will be responsible for managing teams and ensuring compliance with operational regulations.
- Oversee estate upkeep operations across designated areas.
- Coordinate team efforts to achieve quality results.
- Issue permits-to-work as necessary, maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct regular team briefings and ensure clear communication of daily tasks.
- Perform post-work inspections to guarantee maintenance work meets required standards.
- Maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs) across all areas of responsibility.
About You:
- Demonstrated experience in property management or a related field.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and permit-to-work procedures.
- Proven ability to manage teams and external contractors effectively.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in using property management software.
You must be an Australian Citizen and eligible for Defence Security Clearance.
