Estate Property Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage our estate properties.

  • Oversee property maintenance tasks, including coordination with contractors and sending work orders.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure high standards are met.
  • Liaise with landlords and tenants on tenancy matters, providing excellent customer service.
  • Perform ingoing and outgoing inspections for smooth transitions.
  • Finalize and refund bonds, ensuring all parties are satisfied.
  • Organize open inspections to find potential tenants, promoting properties to the market.
  • Process applications and approve tenants, explaining requirements under the Act.
  • Attend tribunal and evictions as required.

Required Skills:
Exceptional organizational and communication skills are essential. A strong understanding of estate management principles and practices is also necessary.
