Job Opportunity

Mikcon Plant Hire Pty Ltd are currently seeking an applicant who is Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander for an Administrator Assistant position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring all incoming calls are answered and directed to the relevant person or taking accurate messages to be forwarded.
  • Provide support for collation of records, data entry and preparation of reports.
  • General office duties as required.
  • Provide support to all areas ie reporting, month end, procurement.
  • Maintain a customer-centric focus.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working in a close-knit office environment.
  • Ability to build relationships and excellent customer service.
  • Competent in MS Office programs.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability and willingness to learn new systems, processes and skills.
