Senior Development Manager">

As a Senior Development Manager, you will play a key role in the successful development of innovative products. You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver product development milestones and oversee the timely delivery of product development plans.

The successful candidate will have postgraduate qualifications in science or life sciences and a minimum of 5 years' pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry experience, including direct experience in drug development. They will also have an understanding of the regulatory environment in the US, EU, and APAC, as well as experience working as part of a cross-functional team and line management experience.

This is a critical role that requires strong leadership skills and the ability to drive product development forward. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating product development and commercialisation plans, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering program and product development milestones up to the end of Phase 2 clinical evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement product development strategies that align with business objectives

- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver product development milestones

- Oversee the successful delivery of product development plans and product approvals

Requirements:

- Postgraduate qualifications in science or life sciences

- Minimum 5 years' pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry experience, including direct experience in drug development

- Strong leadership skills and ability to drive product development forward

- Excellent communication and project management skills

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
