Drug Court Management Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our management team at the Melbourne Drug Court. As a key member, you will play a critical role in helping support community safety.
About the RoleThe Supervisor forms part of the management team that oversees the operation of Community Corrections Services (CCS) within the specialist Drug Court. You will have direct leadership and management responsibility for a team of CCS staff comprising Drug Court Advanced Case Managers.
As the Supervisor, you will work closely with other Supervisors, CCS Managers, Drug Court staff, and stakeholders to develop, implement, maintain, and support CCS functions within the Drug Court.
You will be required to act as Officer in Charge as directed and may be required to work flexible hours or shift work, including weekends and public holidays, and attend call outs as required.

Key Responsibilities- Implement theoretical concepts to reduce risk and maximise individual outcomes
- Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team responsible for operational service delivery
- Develop, manage, and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
A relevant qualification in social work, human services, or criminal justice is desirable. Experience in a related field is also highly regarded.
