**About the Role**

An exciting opportunity exists at Drug Health Services for a permanent full time Service Development Lead to drive a range of exciting initiatives.

Key priorities include:

- enhancing the integration of Lived Experience in our work
- increasing the profile of our services internally and externally
- enhancing existing service models
- developing a new Clinical Services Plan
- relocation of services to the new Footscray Hospital site
- increasing research activity
- implementing outcome monitoring processes

This role will require a high degree of organisational skills, and will involve a high degree of collaboration across Drug Health Services, Western Health more broadly and other external stakeholders.
