Lead Strategic Planning and Implementation of Drug Court Model
The role of the General Manager is to lead the strategic planning and implementation of the Drug Court model across all locations. This involves ensuring consistent operation and evolution in light of program evaluation and current research into effective drug and alcohol interventions and best practice in Drug Courts.
High-level expertise in managing multi-disciplinary teams across all sites is critical to this role. This ensures high-quality service delivery and effectively leading from the front. Building and maintaining collaborative relationships with essential stakeholders, including local communities, service providers, and government, is also crucial. These relationships are necessary to achieve targeted, high-quality outcomes for drug court clients and the community.
About You:
- Experience leading a high-performing, multidisciplinary team
- Proven strategic management expertise, including fiscal responsibility
- Experience or understanding of solution-focused courts and therapeutic program delivery within the justice system
- Tertiary qualification in law, psychology, social work, health, or related field, and/or significant work experience in a similar field

- Lead and manage multi-disciplinary teams across all locations
- Maintain collaborative relationships with stakeholders to achieve targeted outcomes
