About the Role

This is a key opportunity for a registered Social Worker, Counsellor or Psychologist to deliver evidence-based group programs and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement client-driven, evidence-based group therapy services that promote positive outcomes for clients and their families.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary allied health teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required.
Requirements
  • Current registration with an Australian governing body (e.g., PACFA, ACA, AHPRA or AASW).
  • A satisfactory criminal record check and working with children check (or state equivalent).
  • A current and unrestricted driver's license with access to own vehicle.
  • A minimum of 1 year experience working in NDIS, mental health or disability services.
  • Group facilitator experience is desired but not required.
