Job Opportunity

The role of Food and Beverage Supervisor is a vital part of the hotel’s operation. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily activities, ensuring high-quality service standards, and upholding the hotel’s policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Anticipate and meet guests’ needs and preferences in a timely manner.
  • Effectively coordinate and supervise food and beverage outlets according to the roster.
  • Maintain effective communication and collaboration with hotel departments at all levels.
  • Ensure the cleanliness, organization, and functionality of public areas, store rooms, and offices within the hotel.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team performance and maintain professional services standards.
  • Contribute to planning and conducting theoretical and practical training sessions.
  • Comply with and enforce adherence to the hotel’s policies and procedures.
  • Accurately manage reservations systems for table bookings.
  • Monitor and control stock levels to maintain optimal par levels.
  • Perform additional duties as directed by senior hotel management.
