Job Summary

The role of the Food and Beverage Supervisor is crucial in ensuring seamless service delivery in the food and beverage area. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for maintaining established service standards and upholding outlet policies.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Attend to guests' needs promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate the supervision of food and beverage outlets as scheduled.
  • Foster effective inter-department interaction within the hotel.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in departments, addressing any maintenance or cleaning issues immediately.
  • Develop and implement training programs for food and beverage team members to ensure consistent and professional services.
  • Maintain public areas, store rooms, and offices in a clean and organized manner.
  • Ensure team members are professionally presented with correct grooming, uniforms, and name badges.
  • Participate in planning and conducting theoretical and on-the-job training sessions.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including reservations systems and daily revenue charges.
  • Implement controls to prevent cash or stock losses.
  • Support other departments or outlets as needed.
  • Attend scheduled meetings and perform duties assigned by senior management.
  • Ensure area security, especially after hours, by securing doors and fridges, and locking away items before closing.
