Hotel Food and Beverage Leadership Opportunity

In this senior hospitality leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food and beverage outlets. This includes maintaining established service standards, upholding policies and procedures, and effectively managing staff to drive business results.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Attend to guests' needs in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Supervise the coordination of food and beverage outlet operations to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Maintain effective communication and collaboration with internal departments to drive efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure that public areas, storerooms, and offices are well-maintained and organized.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Familiarize yourself with hotel health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Manage reservations systems to optimize table bookings.
  • Adhere to cashiering policies and procedures to maintain accuracy and consistency.
  • Take responsibility for maintaining operating equipment and ensuring it is in good working order.
  • Collaborate with other departments or outlets as needed to achieve shared goals.
  • Secure the area during non-operating hours.
  • Requisition stock to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Maintain open communication with F&B personnel to drive teamwork and collaboration.
Requirements:

  • Familiarity with food and beverage operations.
