As a key member of our hospitality team, the Senior Service Manager will oversee the daily operations of our food and beverage outlets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained at all times.
  • Supervise staff to guarantee seamless delivery of services.
  • Co-ordinate with other departments to enhance inter-departmental interaction.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation in departments and public areas.
  • Develop and implement training programs for staff to ensure consistent professional services.
  • Participate in planning and conducting theoretical and on-the-job training sessions.
  • Comply with all policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate reservations systems and cashiering processes.
Skill Requirements:
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Familiarity with hotel operations.
  • Knowledge of OH&S guidelines.
