HR Support Specialist

Job Overview
This role is responsible for delivering support services to the People & Culture and Training functions. The incumbent will coordinate and manage administrative tasks, including employee lifecycle support, training compliance, and data reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and deliver day-to-day HR administration, inbox management, and document maintenance.
- Monitor and manage the HR inbox daily, triaging and responding to queries.
- Prepare and issue employee documentation, including letters of offer and employment contracts.
- Maintain accurate employee records within the HR system.
- Support onboarding activities, including gathering new starter documentation and coordinating inductions.
About the Role
We are seeking an individual with experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction or infrastructure sectors. Key requirements include:
- Certificate III/IV in Business Administration or equivalent qualification.
- Familiarity with training compliance frameworks and reporting tools.
- Previous experience using HRIS and Training Management Systems.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- The ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
