Job Title: Talent Services Lead

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a small team to provide accurate and timely recruitment services in accordance with departmental policies and procedures.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading and managing the Talent Services team to deliver high-quality recruitment services.
  • Coordinating end-to-end recruitment administration services, including policy advice, online requisitions, position descriptions, attraction and sourcing strategies, and offer management.
  • Reviewing and recommending improvements to recruitment processes, systems, metrics, and reporting.
  • Acting as a subject matter expert on recruitment systems and related processes.
About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the delivery of recruitment services that support the achievement of our department's objectives.

The successful candidate will have experience in leading and coordinating a volume recruitment administration team, projects, and initiatives.

They will also have excellent people management skills, able to align the team with organisational values and goals.

A strong planner and organiser, they will set clear objectives and priorities and operate accordingly.

We are committed to creating and maintaining a child-safe organisation and take all necessary steps to protect children from harm.

Suitable candidates will be required to undergo a National Police Records Check prior to commencing employment.
