About the RoleCollaborate with stakeholders to scope training needs and delivery requirementsDevelop high-quality, reusable training materials aligned to business objectivesDeliver face-to-face training sessions to internal staff and external partnersEngage with subject matter experts and stakeholders to evaluate readiness and manage resistanceProvide updates on training progress, milestones, and outcomesSupport the transition to new ways of working and successful business adoptionWork with communications teams to ensure consistent messaging across audiences

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement training programs for internal teams and external partners
  • Collaborate with program and change teams to scope training needs and delivery requirements
  • Design and deliver high-quality, reusable training materials aligned to business objectives
  • Deliver face-to-face training sessions to internal staff and BPO partner resources
  • Engage with SMEs and stakeholders to evaluate readiness and manage resistance

About YouStrong experience in training design, development, and delivery (Oracle CCS or similar billing systems highly regarded)Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills across all levelsResilient, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-changing program environmentProven ability to manage ambiguity, risks, and issues in a dynamic setting
