About the Role:

  • We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee daily administration and billing activities for our gas business.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage revenue cut-offs on a weekly basis.
  • Ensure timely and accurate invoicing of customers.
  • Identify process improvements to increase team productivity.
  • Update Transport Management Systems (TMS) with current rates.
  • Monitor data entry performance of the Centre of Excellence team.

Requirements:

  • Attention to detail is essential.
  • Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to influence operators to follow correct processes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Experience with TMS is desirable.
