Job Description

Overview of the Role:

This position requires two experienced trainers to join a major billing transformation program for a leading state government utilities department. The selected candidates will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality training content to internal teams and external partners, supporting a large uplift in resources and ensuring successful adoption of new billing processes.

About the Job
  • Collaborate with program and change teams to scope training needs and delivery requirements
  • Develop high-quality, reusable training materials aligned to business objectives
  • Deliver face-to-face training sessions to internal staff and BPO partner resources
  • Engage with SMEs and stakeholders to evaluate readiness and manage resistance
  • Provide updates on training progress, milestones, and outcomes
  • Support the transition to new ways of working and successful business adoption
  • Work with communications teams to ensure consistent messaging across audiences

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have strong experience in training design, development, and delivery, particularly with Oracle CCS or similar billing systems. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work in a fast-changing program environment. You should also be resilient, adaptable, and comfortable managing ambiguity, risks, and issues in a dynamic setting.
