**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide expert advice on due diligence and approval pathways for various projects.
- Prepare essential documents such as Statements of Environmental Effects, Environmental Impact Statements, and Planning Proposals.
- Review technical reports and plans supporting applications.
- Liaise with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with technical consultants for timely application preparation.
