Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical guidance and coaching to colleagues to ensure high-quality care delivery.
  • Support clients with moderate to severe mental health conditions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
  • Conduct comprehensive functional capacity evaluations and assessments for living and home needs, as well as equipment assessments and prescribing necessary equipment.
  • Deliver care that is consumer-directed and multidisciplinary, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals and community organizations.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate and/or Masters in Occupational Therapy.
  • Familiarity with aged care and NDIS funding is advantageous.
  • Skilled in working with individuals aged 16-65 and knowledgeable about their mental health concerns.
