">Job Description
">As a Complex Disability Support Worker with Kirinari's Complex Care Team, you will be responsible for developing, assisting, and supporting clients with complex trauma and behavioral needs. This role involves working in various locations, including homes, schools, hospitals, community centers, and emergency accommodation.
">Key Responsibilities
">- Develop and implement individualized support plans to meet clients' unique needs
- Provide hands-on support and assistance to clients with daily living tasks
- Maintain accurate records and reports on client progress and outcomes
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure comprehensive and coordinated support services
Requirements
">To succeed in this role, you will need:
">- A qualification in Community Services (Cert IV) or equivalent
- Strong interest in youth work, mental health, and the disability industry
- Understanding of strength-based trauma-informed practice frameworks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
