Job Description

We seek an experienced and dedicated individual to provide high-quality, person-centred support to clients with complex needs. As a Disability Support Professional - Complex Care Specialist, you will work closely with teams to develop care plans, manage health, behavioural, and crisis scenarios, and implement behaviour strategies.

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing tailored support for clients with complex needs
  • Leading and mentoring staff to foster a high-performing team culture
  • Building strong relationships with clients and support networks
  • Advocating for client rights and maintaining accurate records
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in high-intensity, person-centred disability support
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • A commitment to continuous professional development
  • A Certificate III or IV in Disability Support or equivalent
