  • Behavioural Support: Utilise evidence-based strategies to de-escalate concerns and ensure safety during emergencies.

  • Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients and their support networks to ensure services align with individual goals.
  • Advocacy & Documentation: Advocate for client rights and maintain accurate records to ensure NDIS compliance.
About You:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Proven experience in high-intensity disability support.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A commitment to continuous professional development.
  • An ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • A Certificate III or IV in Disability Support or equivalent qualification.

  • An estimated annual salary of $70,000 - $90,000 AUD, dependent on experience.
