Job Overview

The Manufacturing Team Leader role is a crucial position in our organization, responsible for leading and developing team members to achieve success. The successful candidate will contribute to the growth of our business by providing guidance, support, and expertise to production teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize our systems and processes to ensure all shifts are appropriately staffed and plan work effectively.
  • Lead teams using understanding of skills and knowledge of team members, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to standards.
  • Manage teams to meet labor targets, adhering to internal standards and policies.
  • Address issues with team members, including providing feedback, and hold regular briefings and one-on-one learning sessions.
  • Ensure compliance with WHS and Food Safety standards, overseeing product quality and liaising with production managers as needed.
  • Display flexibility with shift patterns, with good availability seven days a week.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in retail or food and beverage industry preferred.
  • Awareness of quality standards, commitment to working with diverse workforce, and ability to solve problems and seek assistance when necessary.
  • Leadership and motivation skills, training process understanding, integrity, and commitment to ethical operations.
  • Comprehensive understanding of team member duties, confidence in Krispy Kreme products, and willingness to demonstrate leadership in WHS.
  • Availability to work weekends and weekdays, previous computer and management experience, and reliable transportation.
