Transformational Leader for Digital Health Initiatives

We are looking for experienced professionals who can help drive meaningful change in the health and human services sector. FTI Consulting offers a dynamic environment that combines expertise with agility to deliver impactful solutions.
This role requires a seasoned leader with 7-10 years of experience in Digital Health and Transformation. They will be responsible for developing digital strategies, managing teams, and driving transformational change across various business units.
- Leadership and Management: Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans for digital health initiatives.
- Digital Strategy Development: Collaborate with industry experts to design and implement future-state operating models for business units.
- Options Analysis and Funding: Conduct detailed business case development and funding submissions for local, state, and federal departments and providers.
- Technology Implementation: Manage and implement technology-enabled transformational change to improve the lives of providers and patients.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of leading and delivering digital transformations at a portfolio, program, or project level. They will have knowledge and experience in traditional or agile Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and end-to-end project delivery.
