About the Opportunity

The Digital Transformation Specialist is a key role within our Business Transformation function, responsible for delivering change management services across projects and initiatives supporting the digital transformation.

This role primarily focuses on identifying and managing the change impacts and the related people risks to our multiyear program of work. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading change management activities for projects and initiatives aligned with our Transformation Program
  • Managing a portfolio of projects requiring fit for purpose and varying levels of change management advisory and specialist hands-on support
  • Identifying, planning and implementing change management requirements to support successful project outcomes
  • Collaborating with Project Managers, Program Managers, Sponsors and key stakeholders to develop and implement effective change management plans
  • Developing and maintaining detailed change artefacts, work plans and schedules to ensure timely delivery of change initiatives
  • Applying and utilising our Change Management Framework, processes, tools, activities

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as Management or Organisational Development
  • Hold a Change Management certification at practitioner level or higher (Prosci or similar)
  • Minimum 5+ years' experience leading and managing digital change initiatives in complex organisation environments
