Strategic Portfolio Coordinator

As a Key Account Administrator, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to our Account Management team. This includes assisting with day-to-day operations of managed customer portfolios, processing third-party invoices and ensuring accurate invoicing.
About the Role- Assist Account Managers with administrative tasks including data entry and documentation.
- Process third-party invoices according to established procedures.
- Perform weekly pre-invoicing checks to ensure complete revenue capture and accurate invoicing.
- Review un-invoiced consignments and identify resolution processes.
- Maintain a reconciliation file to monitor and resolve invoice rejections.
- Rectify customer invoicing issues and complaints.
- Tertiary qualification desirable.
- At least 2 years' experience in a similar role.
- Highly developed organisational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication with a high attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- High level strategic thinking.
- Ability to pass medical and Drug and Alcohol Test.
