Project Coordinator Role

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a diverse environment.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive Project/Portfolio Coordinator to join our Assurance, Integration, and Change team.

As a key member of the team, you will facilitate program/project progress and performance meetings, supporting material preparation including minutes and agenda distribution.

You will also support the creation and review of project governance artefacts, such as implementation plans and schedules, project status reporting, and closure reports.

Additionally, you will engage with stakeholders to solicit and share information related to programs/projects and explore opportunities to collaborate and seek alignment.

Facilitating adoption of strategic and project management processes, tools, and systems through established processes, providing advice and guidance.

Coordinating, analyzing, tracking, and reporting progress and performance of strategic projects and deliverables.

Assisting in developing and maintaining reporting metrics, data, and insights.

Tracking and analysis of actual and forecasted costs, projected benefits, and resource planning for projects and strategic initiatives portfolio.

Undertaking project health checks in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

Reviewing processes and completed projects to inform continuous improvement opportunities and assist in communicating and implementing learnings for future business projects and strategic initiatives.

Supporting iterative enhancements of strategy and project management tools, templates, processes, and documentation.
